Bereavement Ministry

The Bereavement Ministry provides support to those grieving the loss of a loved-one. Following the death of a loved-one, a sympathy card is sent to the next of kin. This is followed by an empathy telephone call, providing comfort and support. Twice per year, trained facilitators offer an eight-week bereavement program for parishioners and/or others in our community who are grieving. Members of the Bereavement Ministry assist with the annual memorial Mass usually held on November 2.
