Prayer to Power the Work
Eucharistic adoration is a very grace-filled form of silent prayer.
In adoration, we are really in front of Jesus. He is there! We see Him “with the eyes of faith” in the Blessed Sacrament, the consecrated Host. Through the window of the monstrance (which is the beautiful special holder for the Host for adoration), we can look at Him. And He is so glad to see us there with Him!
Come to Eucharistic adoration: to pray for yourself, your family, your parish, your work and the world. Look at Jesus. Listen to Jesus speaking to you in the silence of your heart. If you are too busy, you have a special reason to come: to rest and recharge.
