Dorothy Pilarski and the team at CatholicMomsGroup.com invite you to learn more about our ministry! Dorothy is the founder of CatholicMomsGroup and the annual Dynamic Women of Faith conference. She’s inviting you to meet some of our Catholic Moms Group Leaders, hear a number of inspirational talks and discover a variety tools we have developed to to minister to moms.

Speakers include:
Women of the Church: Leaders Showing US the Way! | Teresa Hartnett
God has given us tools to grow in faith. He’s also given us other women to inspire us. Some of those women are saints whose stories are sprinkled throughout the Bible. This talk will use the example of those women to help you grow in your leadership role. Teresa Hartnett (M.R.E.) is in her 20th year as Director of Family Ministry for the Diocese of Hamilton. She has her Masters in Religious Education from St. Augustine’s Seminary/University of Toronto, a degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University, a Bachelor of Education from Brock University and is certified in a number of family, counselling, marriage and relationship programs. She has been the Executive Director of Birthright Pregnancy Service in Hamilton for 35 years and in 2004 implemented and now oversees Project Rachel in the Hamilton Diocese. Teresa teaches for both St. Peter’s Seminary and for the Halton Catholic School Board’s Staff Religion courses. She is alsothe author of Nighttime Devotional for Teen Girls, a book designed to assist teens navigate life using their faith as a foundational tool.
Brick by Brick - 3 Tips to Build Your Catholic Moms Group | Alexandra Zyla
Alexandra will share her story... how did she get involved with our ministry, why she got involved, how her group at St. Teresa’s parish works and the things she’s learned along the way. Alexandra is a Catholic wife and mother. Her husband is a Ukranian Catholic. The couple have two young children plus two babies in heaven. Together, they have created a uniquely bi-ritual home for their kids. Alexandra is a medical doctor by training, but has recently put a pause on her residency to pursue full time care for her family and home.
